Library Receives Grant
The Elsa Public Library recently received a grant from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission through a Loan Star Libraries Grant. This grant program provides direct grants-in-aid to public libraries that are members of the Texas Library System. The library will purchase Family and Educational DVDs which will be a part of the library's new DVD Collection. The library will also purchase books and pay for Texpress services with the awarded grant money. |
